Our Story:
We have lived in the Smithson Valley area in Bulverde/Spring Branch, TX for almost 20 years. Originally drawn to the area due to its reputation of good schools and good people, we referred to the area as “excellence valley” since there is such a high standard of excellence: excellence in education, athletics, service and integrity and so on.
The area has grown so much since we moved here but the core of this community standard remains and we want that to continue. We wanted to create a business that embodies this high standard in all that we do so we created Excellence Valley Custom Homes.
We also saw a need for specialized services to help people wanting to stay in their homes and age in place, so we created Senior Living Renovations.
